At Goals Professional Services (GPS), our strength lies in the genuine relationships we've cultivated over years of meaningful collaboration. Long before we founded GPS, our core team, Ryan Hoyle, Haley Hilt, and Rachal Fix worked side-by-side at an international IT professional services firm, widely recognized for its groundbreaking “Outsource to Detroit” initiative, later expanding nationwide as “Outsource to America.”
Together, we developed transformative workforce solutions, driving measurable business success while creating real economic opportunities in communities across America. The results of our collective efforts went beyond typical professional services; we saw firsthand how our solutions empowered individuals, strengthened communities, and delivered exceptional outcomes to clients.
